The company formation procedure in Hong Kong typically takes 10-14 days. The company will be incorporated using your desired name. Although ZINPI will try to keep the procedure as simple for our clients as possible, the legal requirements are more difficult than in other jurisdictions such as Seychelles, Belize or British Virgin Islands. We will administer the preparation and filing of all registration forms on your behalf. The whole incorporation process can be arranged from your desk. Upon receipt of the filing confirmation from the authorities, we will email you with the registration details. We will then forward the premium binder containing all the official certificates and documentation. Please note that companies incorporated in Hong Kong are subject to taxation, accounting and auditing. Most other offshore jurisdictions are exempted from that.
