UK Limited

In 2006 we will not be altering our incorporation prices for a UK Ltd. This continues to make this one of the most cost effective incorporation for our clients. The service will still contain the service of the complete incorporation being finalised within 24 hours and include the incorporating agent fees, the registered office, the company secretary and once incorporated will have no recurring annual fees. This amazing service that ZINPI offer caused quite a stir in the incorporation business during 2005 elevating ZINPI in the UK to one of the most important formation agents in the country. During 2005 we incorporated 18.722 UK Limited companies for clients around the world.

US Incorporation

ZINPI are delighted to be able to continue offering clients that wish to incorporate in the US the full company and business banking facility. We have extended our contract with our US bank and are pleased to be able to extend this service to non US citizens.

Offshore Companies

With so many countries adopting 'big brother' tactics to businesses it is little wonder that more and more businesses are choosing to register as offshore entities. Whilst in the past decades offshore businesses have always solely been associated with tax exemption, it is now accepted that businesses incorporate offshore for many other reasons as well as minimizing taxes. The protection from possible lawsuits, stable legislat??g???ion and privacy and confidentiality are all additional reasons why many of today's businesses are incorporating this way. 2005 was a record year for offshore incorporations at ZINPI. The main jurisdiction was Belize with 2.328 companies registered followed by Panama with 1.749 registrations and British Virgin Islands with 1.360 companies. In light of this success we have strengthened our contracts with Belize and are now proud to be able to offer same day incorporations in this jurisdiction.

Business Licenses

ZINPI is pleased to announce that we have been asked to extend all of our contracts with all of the relevant authorities for 2006. Therefore ZINPI can continue to offer clients professional business licenses. Following discussions with several authorities we have arranged to make terms and requirements even easier. This means that application procedures can be even faster than in 2005. With some of our licenses this could result in a fee reduction. Combining this with our continued professional service allows us to say we truly are the top provider for business licenses again in 2006.
